What I like about this piece is that you've mixed two forms together, "grunge" with "fresh". You've put a fresh looking model (and by that I mean, there's clean clothes: no rips or tears, perfect hairstyle, pretty appearance) against a grungy background. This idea, like the model, is fresh and original, and I support you for that! The focus is just right too

I colours I like, there's nothing too overly bright or colourful, though I do suggest toning down the yellow that you can see on the gate, it does distract a little from the model. You can easily do this in photoshop,so no worries there.

I think your only conern here is the way your model is posing. She's putting too much emphasis on pushing her breasts out. While in some photos this can be acceptable, I don't think it looks right with this picture. She looks a little stressed too, put under a little strain. It shows in the photo if your model is relaxed and comfortable with what they're doing. Foot placement here is also important, perhaps moving the bent leg a few inches forward would help to give a better impression.

But other than that, I can't see much fault. It's a pretty picture, you just need to get you models to relax! Keep up the good work!
